Cef MichaelLogo Design Contest

Just in addition. I am not looking for anything that is older country like western themes, barns, tractors, mountains ect.. More like a modern country singer, mixed with extreme sport mentality.

#4 and #5 are the closest to my vision so far. The design in the back round is on track. Could you try something with the initials, and maybe the name smaller. the joenichols.com logo would give you some ideas as well.

I also in the past had a logo where "Cef' was in cursive, i liked that part. You can see it on my myspace page myspace.com/cefmichaelband

#1 # 2 #3 I was thinking more masculine. I like the distinction between the cef and michael, but definetely need something a bit more .....agressive

I am starting to get very excited! You guys are listening very well. So far # 1 is very close. I really like the background on #2. I want to like #5, but it might be too playful.

Question? This is my first experience. When I pick one for my 'brand/logo', but really like a couple more, is there the ability for me to buy a couple others directly from the designer. So many of these would make great t-shirts and such.

Eventually I would like a merch table at all of my shows with a few different options.

My most recent ranking is only in order of designer, just to keep them straight. I like what these 4 designers have submitted so far. 4 very dif visions. I am also sending my friends to the site to offer their opinions.

When I picture the back drop and t-shirts, the first 2 styles are closest to vision so far.

The styles of 7, 16, 22 23 def can feel the influence from your other biz background...mugs and ect.. I have had some people pic them as fav's tho...we will see.

When I chose the winner. Will I be able to access loga immediately, and will it be available in a vector file, so I can get it to the silkscreen/t-shirt company asap.. Playing big show this weekend, and would love to unveal new logo!!! thanks!!

Here i qouted from my winning design contract

1. Logo. The designer/vendor agrees to provide the buyer with a vector file in .EPS format as well as a .JPG of the winning logo. The designer/vendor also agrees to provide additional variations upon request including: White Background, Colored Background, Black & White, and Solid Colors. Additional requested formats can include .AI and .PNG. All deliverables are referenced herein as defined as the ("Logo"). Variation requests are required to take place within 2 weeks of selecting a winner.
