We like both of your logos and would like to use the 40th anniversary for the first year and then drop all of the 40th reference. We need the logo to be bilingual. Can you edit our second choice to include "Canadian College of Medical Geneticists - Collège canadien de généticiens médicaux" The acronym to be "CCMG-CCGM" The tag line can be dropped if the design gets too busy otherwise it should be be "La voix de la génétique médicale au Canada". All this being said, the logo would have multiple forms. One with text and one simply the little man logo (very clever!). Does this all make sense?
It should read that the tag line can be dropped if the design gets too busy otherwise it should be be "The voice of medical genetics in Canada - La voix de la génétique médicale au Canada in addition "."
Glad you liked the chromosome man. In the selection stage of this competition only the first ranked designer can submit new designs, so you will need to rank one of my designs as first for me to be able to submit revisions. Just to make sure I understand your comments: you want the acronym to be CCMG-CCGM instead of CCMG on its own, together with the college name in full in both English and French. Also, the tagline should be in English and French if it doesn't look too crowded.
Thank you! One last request, can you make the chromosome guy look like he isn't in an egg? This is throwing people off. They are calling him guy "in vitro"...
I uploaded some more versions before seeing your last comment regarding the oval shape. Let me know if you like the CCMG with the CC split, the intention being that it reads CCMG in red and CCGM in blue. Other text is also colour coded - English in red and French in blue.
Here is the feedback from the committee: can you make it look like a chromosome in a cell rather than a fetus in an egg? I guess no head or arms. The chromosome guy is cute but they think it's not going to fly with the membership.
We would like to purchase two logos as our committee is divided and we need to ask the membership. We would like to finalize this logo and a logo from another designer. We would also like to select you as the winner. Would you accept $375 for your design if we chose another logo/designer to end this contest? Heather
Thank you. As per the contest rules, we cannot make a deal until after the design ends. "If you like more than one design by different Designers and wish to purchase the extras separately, you will need to choose your winner as usual but contact the other Designer(s) via private message and work out a deal for the cost of purchasing the other designs. (Examples might include secondary layouts)
If you like more than one design by the same Designer you can inquire with the Designer regarding the charge for preparing the extra files.
In both situations, please make payment agreements after the contest. Designers have been instructed to not offer deals during a contest.
Those designs may be arranged to be sent privately via email and payment submitted as agreed by you and the Designer(s)." Can you please send me your email address so that I can contact you after? We will go with the design that I have put in second place using the maple leaf I have in 3rd place. Basically, the chromozone with no egg inside the leaf with the anniversary and text around it. How does this sound?
That all sounds good. Could you send me a Private Message via LogoTournament and I will reply with my email address (I would prefer not to leave my email address in the Comments section).
New versions with just the chromosome, cell and maple leaf, and with and without the 40th anniversary text. Also two options for the size of CCMG - in #74 and #75 CCMG is smaller than in #76 and #77.
