I would love to see a designer take the old logo and use it as a base for a new design.

We'd like to see more logos like the ones we've commented above. We are open to creative ideas as well

We do ask that the logo have some resemblance to its old logo through at least one of the following traits:
1 colors
2 catamount (not the same catamount though - we want a simplified more modern looking illustration)
3 varsity letter font/type face (or at least similar font)

The company is mainly looking for a remodel of the current logo but classier and cleaner. Same design but clean it up and DON'T make the cat/catamount cartoon-like (silhouette is good).
