What We Do
The Cascade Industrial Center (cascadeindustrialcenter.com), commonly known as the CIC, is a special economic zone that spans the cities of Arlington and Marysville in Washington State, USA. The goal of the CIC is to attract high-tech manufacturing companies that bring high-paying jobs to the community.
The benefits of building your manufacturing plant here are many, but we highlight:
> No property tax for the first ten years if a company meets certain criteria;
> Excellent local workforce and schools;
> Proximity to Boeing plant in Everett -- largest commercial and military aircraft plant in the world;
> Proximity of being close to both Seattle and the Canadian border;
> Adjacent to Interstate 5, heavy railroads, and the Arlington Airport is within the borders of the CIC;
>>> The quality of life for people who live and work here -- the Cascade Mountains are just steps away and Puget Sound is adjacent to the Cities;
Our target market is manufacturing companies and developers.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The current logo was done by "a guy" who spent about 10 minutes on it. This is government work so it can't be fancy, the fonts and everything about the current logo sucks. The logo must have an icon that works well in social media.
