Good start (followed some of my suggestions). Maybe try using the shield style in the moderators avatar. Try using CDS in the shield (maybe a couple versions with differtent ways CDS is in the shield--i.e. diagonal from upper left down to right of shield. Another version with CDS across top and the IB logo below. Another version with the shield having a checker board background like the moderators avatar shield., etc.
I would like to see some versions that have Carrollwood Day School spelled out like a word logo then add a small shield to the left of the school name as a logo/image that is next to the name.
