CarpeLogo Design Contest

I just looked at that logo, and the X treatment of that letter is so overused and common that professional designers are encouraged to avoid it. But I might be able to get closer to that font.

I mean to be honest I'm not a huge fan of the triangle in the 'A' either. But damn, looking at all these logos is tough. What if you emulated the style of spacex?

I could put something in, but I think it would diminish the simplicity and gild the lily. But I can try something just to show you.

I like the simple power of this. Now what about working in some sort of image?

Yeah, not huge on the pill (there are two of us on this account, so we'll be leaving comments responding to each other, like this), but other than that, I gotta say I kinda like it. Think about how this would look on a tube, though: It would probably be sideways, and that pill would throw off symmetry a bit (as it would be off-center because of the "seize the moment" underneath it

A bit too corporate, not really befitting a cool product

We like the dashed "C" around the c of carpe, but we think that the design as a whole can be more bold, more confident

We are not huge fans of the thick orange highlight, but this one is a lot bolder than the others, which we like

So with this one and all of the ones below, we are looking for something stronger, something that is more bold
