Congratulations! You are the winner. I will finalize this by tomorrow, have a meeting I have to go to. I will want both versions....this one and the one that has both letter Cs. This looks good. may need to mess around with the roof of the house. Maybe somehow bring in some subtle or not so subtle lines to create the roof. Would it look weird to have a line only on the right side of the roof since the tree defines the other side? Also, the C around the logo needs some work. Can you make it a little more like the font/shape of the letter C the way you have it in the word "CAROLINAS"? Lastly, try a few of these with those changes and keep the line under the tree extending across under the words "Property Solutions Group". This is like how it was originally. I liked that. Just need to see both. Thanks

I like this. This would be another way to do the C. Try to use this concept as well in making the house a little more rustic . Try a few without the line of the house at the bottom, so that line from bottom of tree can extend under the name of the company. Thank you

Keep working this concept. Try to take out the line at the bottom of the house. The lines on the sides should be enough. I do like how the line went from the tree all the way on the bottom under "Property Solutions Group". So try some keeping that please. Also, instead of exact and clear lines for the house, try to do the shape of the house with imperfections....kind of like a real house has. Like the feel of a country house made of wood. Thanks

So need some versions where instead of just a square around the tree, it is a house. Maybe a version with solid lines for the house and maybe some versions with just a few lines that would give the optical illusion it is a house. Then try incorporating the letter C (which also can be subtle) in it. I am excited to see what you come up with. Thanks

I like this a lot. Dont pay attention to the ranking, at this point I dont rank 100%. Too early. I like the concept and the font, the feel. But would love to see some versions of this with a stand alone logo...like just a symbol that is the logo without the slogan or even full name. Thanks
