Can I get a couple of refinements on this:
1 - "Seaside" in the darker blue
2. Bump up darkness of "homes"
3. Try the smaller "swoosh" in a sand type color.... thanks.

I discussed with the client his needs / want.

Admin decision here: you may
1) use the basic idea of a water swoosh under or incorporated with the CSH text,
2) use the basic idea of a water swoosh under or incorporated with the CSH and other text,
3) explore the basic idea of a water swooshincorporated with the CSH text.

These are things that are made obvious by the brief.

1) Client wanted focus on CSH
2) Client posted images showing linked elements in the text, and close to it (eg. above) - water is below. Makes sense.

But...please do show some caution.

Understand that you have raised an issue with an entry from another designer relative to concerns about their infringement on your design? Then show me how you can improve your design please to align with my preference...I do not care for the font or placement of the CSH in the design you have created....it is not distinctive enough and feels "cold"....other ideas?

Understand your reasoning..., but not likely my preference.

Just like Keller Williams (KW) professional logo and the waves make it more balance.
