As a South Carolina resident, I thought I better jump in and submit some ideas! If you have any requests, color changes, revisions for #1 and #2 -- please just let me know. Thanks for the opportunity to participate. ~Geoff (A-ha)
I really like the crescent moon off of the scissors! That's a great look! I also really like the contrasting font types (bold vs regular). It's a really nice look. I'm getting some feedback from friends about your design and my top ranked right now to see which they like better and I will get back to you.
The fact that you are a South Carolina resident is very appealing to me. i hope that you will consider making another entry with the edits I described above. Happy New Year!
I'm happy to make more entries! Not sure which edits you're speaking of...? Please let me know and I'll jump right back in. Thanks and Happy 2012 : ) ~Geoff
Haha I guess I never posted those edits. I really like #3 but I wonder if you could take the crescent moon off of the scissors like you have in your other designs. I'm not sure about the attached look.
I like #43 a lot! #44 is also edgy which is kind of a look I'm considering. I wonder if we can make less feminine by changing the garnett lettering to a more traditional red and then bolding the "clips" like you've done in #41.
I'll give it a shot! Will post in the next few minutes. Also: I think the graphic itself -- even if and when you use it without the type -- is memorable and recognizable. It presents you with some marketing and merchandising options. It's a cool, iconic symbol. Thanks! ~Geoff
#53 is on the right track but I think it is hard to read with the scissors as the 'i'. Can you keep the scissors in the middle and keep 'clips' bolded.
I have a Clemson Purple and Orange version if you'd like me to submit it. You'd just have to put me in the number 1 position just long enough for me to enter it. Then, you can rank however you choose. Just would like to show it to you. (Rules state that only the designer ranked at number 1 can submit.) Please and thanks, ~Geoff
