Logo Design Brief
What We Do
This logo will be for a new apartment complex development. They are being called "Flats" instead of apartments, so the word "apartments" should not be associated with the logo.

Color Preferences
The Entry Sign Wall will have a brick white base with a stucco finish sign wall above in a off-white finish. Sign letters are black or a dark color. Each flat will have similar colors with a brownish color associated with it. Attached renderings may help convey some colors included.

Site plan rendering is attached to show the full development with a legend to pull inspiration from. There is also a 3d rendering attached showing the entry sign feature and entry clubhouse as well as the flats.
