I like 11 and 12 better than 13. I like 12 in that it uses an abstract scales of justice logo. Normally, I dont like scales of justice. The apostrophe should be removed. Also, we use eurostile font on our letters. Can you change 12 and 11 to eurostile font with the first letter of each word in a slightly larger font. Also, a deeper blue with less purple would be nice.

I think that 48 and 49 have too many similar shapes. If you'll notice, there are 5 triangles all pointing in different directions. I prefer your other submissions.
