I went flat on this design. Simplistic, two colors only. There are two things that come to my mind for the term "Navigation". Compas and the northern star. I tried to unify elements of both into the graphic segment of the logo and still keep it as simple as possible.

If you'd like, I can "shine" the logo, all though i think it is rather refreshing, that the "glitter" is absent. :)
