I like this design a lot. Would it be possible to use a similar looking cardinal but to also incorporate the graduation cap that is used in some of the other designs? I like the colors you used very much.

That one is nice ... however, I think I'd like to see the graduation cap above the cardinal, as if he's wearing it. Also, the wings remind me a bit of fire, which I don't particularly like. Also, I like the grey line next to "Educational Consulting" which you had in Entry 15.
