Thank you so much for your feedback. I've uploaded entry #30 with a more realistic rose. I was also working on #31 before I read your feedback but thought I would throw it out there. If it's too abstract, I understand :)
Please let me know if you would like to see anything else.
Really like it. Not sure if the red was all that much of an improvement (maybe the color in Entry 34 would be better) but we like the concept.
Do you think encompassing the rose with the tail of the letter "M" (lower right-hand side swooshed counter-clockwise) would add anything to the design? When we started out we were trying to signify the "capturing of the memory". Not sure if this would get too busy but it would be nice to see.
Sure, I will change the color to the one in 34. I have also uploaded a variation #55 with just the "C" as the flower. I will also work on your suggestion for encompassing the rose.
I am heading off to bed for the evening and will work on that in the morning. If there is anything, please let me know :) Goodnight.
If you choose to redo 80 and 82 with the rose from 57, we are wondering if it would be best to come in from the left side with the flower stem. That way the "C" will be positioned correctly?
Also, if you redo 78 we think that the M and Rose from 57 have a slight right handed lean which would help to center the design.
Sorry to keep making changes but could we see #57 with the leaf like in # 90? I would also like to see a couple of different fonts for the captured memories. Maybe slightly more elegant in black, whatever idea you may have would be appreciated. Thank you
We are ready to end this early and award you with the prize for #124. We know we have asked a lot from you but we were wondering if you would be willing to include our tag line on one more drawing? The tag line is "Preserving Your Memories One Flower at a Time". We are looking for suggestions on how to arrange this. We see some logos with thin lines between the logo and tag line but we'll leave it up to you whether you want to tackle this.
I have never attempted to import an eps into Word. As far as I know they can only be opened by a graphics program such as adobe illustrator or corel draw.
My old CorelDraw 9 won't open the EPS. The problem is probably on my end but if the file is corrupt, you'll stand behind it and send me new one won't you?
Oh, of course. Your version of Corel may be too old to open the file. I do have a prepared group of files that include a black and white and greyscale, etc. which I will send once the LT files are approved and perhaps I can try saving it to an earlier version.
