CapitolTrakLogo Design Contest

We particularly like the artistic rendering of the Capitol in all your entries, but in #15 feel that it gets somewhat lost amid the darkness of the blue background. Can you try to increase the contrast so that you maintain the two color background, but the Capitol stands out more. Love the font in all your entries. Can we see #15 without the star inside the "O"?

Can you please increase the height of the box so that there is a little bit of space above the top of the Capitol? Also, please match the blue to the the blue that is in the logo for Jacques and Associates, which can be found at: http://jacquesandassociates.com/jack/index.html

For #15 can you also create a little space between the top of the Capitol at the box line?

I think that is the best you can do on #73, but we are now leaning to the horizontal design of #13. Can we see that with TRAK italicized? Also, it is my understanding that we could get #13, if we choose it as winner, with a colored background, black & white, etc.
