We have received some really good feedback about #30. Had to move #28 and #29 to the red column since our colors are blue. If you could submit one using our blue colors we would reconsider. Thank you!
Design #46 has a strong lead in our internal voting. Can you please submit a version with a blue closer to hex color #28a6ff? Also is it possible to add some lines for detail in the Capitol dome? It looks a little barren. (Something similar to http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/pictures%5C52336%5CB&O%20logo.jpg). Not a very good reference, I know, but maybe even just 3 curved lines on the right of the dome would give it some definition.
