We don't fully understand the concept of the emblem here, but we like the clean design. So, we're going to rank it with the hopes that you'll bring some new ideas in to the design. For example, we really like fully (left and right) justified text. We're intrigued but he inclusion of Washington DC but not sure about it yet. Please keep it for now and we might remove it later. Thanks!

This is really interesting, quite different from the other shield designs we've seen. We really appreciate the creativity, but we can't see how we would use this in a variety of applications. Thanks!
