Love your work, but this design doesn't work for us as much as some of your others. We had a lot of discussion about this one, though. So, if you want to experiment with it, you might get something that works. The cross, for example, makes four quadrants within the shield which ties to our four themes. Thanks!

We really like the concept of this design and would love to see a few variations on the them. For example, what would you think about removing the C and F from within the shield and making the blue fields checkerboards or stripes? Well done - and thanks!
