Nicely done! We like this quite a lot. We're not sure that the word mark is balanced with the shield - maybe need to play around with the size, letter spacing and leading of the words a bit. Thanks!

Well done - we like the general idea of this one. Wondering what you think about making the cross a little thinner as an alternative. What would you think about CAPITAL FELLOWS in all caps? Also would love to see a version of the shield to the left of the CAPITAL FELLOWS. Thanks!
