#16 - This one is very professional looking but a bit too much like the established big old strategy firms ... I would like a more interesting visual element in the logo than just the initials - and while I think something subtle is best, perhaps a bit more color could work

#18 - I like the direction of this but am afraid it would be a bit too tall when I use it on documents ... do you think you could do some like that one but more in the dimensions of #17 and 16. Also would love to see it in alternate colors ... is there any significance to the picture or is it just a design?

These look good. I'd like to see something that is a bit more rectangular though (without the symbol sticking up above the rest). How might it look with the symbol in front of the words? Any other ideas?

I like the colors in #30, #33 and #34 but it seems like the colors of the word "Caldera" in all of these make that word look a but fainter than the rest with the darker outline and lettering. Is there anyway to make that word stand out a bit more?

Also, any thoughts on meaning behind the diamond or is it just a pretty shape?

I got the idea of the diamond shape from the chess board.

The initial ā€œcā€ in the group makes an edgy corner to show that the company values solid cooperation in building effective strategies
