Caldera Strategy GroupLogo Design Contest

My concept is to represent the caldera in an abstract way which reflects your business - the modern symbol has a hot center which is like the hub of ideas creation, the outer component being the management and communication. I've tried to create an icon with the x-factor - something eye catching and sharp.
