Dear Eric & Jeff,
Thank you for the nice words :)
I'll make a last try before your meeting and see if I'll come with something special.
All the best,
Pink
Hi, Pink. Our church council had a meeting tonight to receive input on the finalists. Your logo was well-received (no negative feedback) but two other logos were generally preferred over this one. That said, we have made no final decision yet and will still consider anything you submit before the finalist stage is over. I believe you can see the other finalists, so if that gives you any ideas for new designs we would be happy to see them. Thank you for all your hard work. We really enjoyed seeing your creativity. You are a wonderful artist.
I made some drafts with pine trees inside letter C but you didn't like them so I withdrawn them.
Anyhow I'll try to make some new versions before the end of finalists phase.
Hello,
Thank you for the feedback.
I made two new versions, #272, #273, of your favourite design.
As you'll notice I've used contemporary, clean-cut fonts that work well with the icon.
As for the color blue or teal, which is a combination of blue and green, are nice alternatives.
Yes, Thanks! We're not sure it will work as we had hoped, but you got exactly what we asked. We think 205 is our favorite concept of yours yet. Stick with that one or try some other different ones that have a similar simplicity to this one but are more abstract.
Could you try eliminating the bottom third of this circle? Then the bottom two portions of the trinity symbol shaded a blue to represent adjacent lakes? And lastly the remaining portions (small center piece, top of trinity symbol and top two thirds) the same shade of green?
Simple, clean, and colorful. We like it. We're loving your ideas so far. We think you have the potential to create something great for us. Keep them coming!

It combines pine trees and letters C and M (from Michigan).
