60. make the C Bold and make the 3 a little smaller, but bold also like the type in 81, and move the 3 up (like the water symbol H2O except the 3 is up not down from the C)

What about giving the building a square or oval base that might be in Red or dark Blue.

I've made some new versions, let me explain them:
#140 is like #127, but without the ring
#141 - #143 - like #126 but on a rectangular structure, with color variations; in addition, with a small 3 added
#144, #145 - two different rectangular structures, with blue C inserted on top
#146 - #148 - again, like #126 on a rectangular structure, with color variations
#149 - another type of C on rectangular structure
#150 - slightly improved version of #149 - rounded corners for "top floor" C; added 3
#151 - like #81, with 3 raised up like in #96
#152 - same elements, but different composition
