Wow! Love this design, especially #49. It's very bold, but not in a whimsical way. It strikes a very nice balance between being upscale (like the corporate name font), but still being open. I also like that it would be great name recognition. As much as I like the red "CR" on entry #50, it almost makes the design look just a little bit lopsided. I like the use of the red font in the tagline on #46 to offset the totally black corporate name. On #51, I like the contrast of making the "Houses" in a color to match the rooftops. However, since it's such a lighter green, it almost needs something more. I would be interested to see how the green on #51 would look if incorporated into the rooftop design of #49. Thanks for your entries!!

Thanks for the new entries! I definitely like the three rooftops -- to me it's a subtle indication of the different sized homes clients may look at. I like the darker green you used on #71 as opposed to that in #51 and like it in the tagline as well as the rooftops -- it ties together quite well that way.

I only have one concern on this design, and I'm not sure what to suggest to make it work. I know that the size of the font used on the tag line is done in order to make the line the same size as the corporate name. However, when I enlarge the logo view the tag line begins to fight with the corporate name for prominence. (I'll need to use this not only on business cards, but also the large yard signs as well.) I'm leaning more towards the black/red version than the green/black version, a) because it's more noticable, and b) our corporate colors are red (PMS 200) and black. The only thing I can think of, even though I like the red tagline, is to actually go to the grey tagline instead like you have in #51 & #52 (PMS 424 would be ideal as it's one of our corporate colors as well).

The newest entries are great! I definitely like the smaller tag line better. Now to figure out which one I like the best of them --- they're all really good!! Tough choices!!!

I love your design #113. It is my favorite by far. However, I have a problem. I just found out that you recently designed a very similiar logo for Home Junkies. He is actually a colleague in the same market, so it is not going to work for me to have a logo that is extremely close to his. They are too similiar for either one of us to really develop a distinctive brand image if I use this one. And to be fair, he picked his first. Although I like the green, it just doesn't have the impact of the red/black. How can you keep the rooftop you have in the design, keep the impact of the red/black, yet make it distinctively different from the HJ design?

Well, dadgummit! They're still not different enough. (re: #143, #144, #145 & #146) HJ and I work in the same area, so I don't want people confusing our signs. Let's try one last option -- take #113 (with the gradiant). Let's try it in a bright red, a deep purple, and a blue (not baby blue, but not dark navy -- somewhere in between.) Oh, but not with the light grey -- it's hard to read light grey at a distance on signage. Thanks for working with me on this -- I really want to look different than my competition!

Woohoo! I really like the different color options, especially the blue (although the red/dk grey is a close second). I have to get my partners' approval, and then I will make the official selection. Thank you so much for all of your effort and hard work!! It is truly appreciated!!!!
