I like this! You are the first to use the whole name in the logo.
I would like to see more like this one (entry #20).

I like entry # 20 better. I like that the name is the logo. I don't really like that green, I prefer a darker green, but then the contrast doesn't seem to be enough. I am not married to green I just want to stay away from red because it seem to be over done in real estate logos. I would be interested to know what other color choices you think would be good, it just needs to stand out well on signs with a white background.

For entry #20, please make the C H and roof blue and keep Properties black. Also please try some other shades of blue and try it in red too. (I know I said I wanted to avoid red, but let's try it.)
