Our Ideas & Additional Information
"The Butcher and Pint" is a restaurant, bar and butcher concept focused on fresh, delicious local and regional meats, beer and cuisine. Dark woods, beer hall tables, subway tile bar backs, mustachioed barkeeps and white coated black smocked butchers will accent the joint. The restaurant/bar patrons will be mostly 40 and under, prefer an IPA to a Bud Light and appreciate a meat and cheese board or a 1/2 pound chargrilled burger with duck fat fries. We will have Tvs, occasional live bands, always present chill music and a whole lot of fun. The Butcher part of the place is old school with fresh made sausages, classic cuts and value added roasts, brines, spice packs with tons of customer service. It will be the kind of place you WANT to shop for something special and hang out for a cold beer or cup o’ Jo. Now logo that shiznit.

Discussion

Here are a few ideas:
1. take the cleaver and some how make the pint glass out of it.
2. take an old school butcher, cross his arms and put a pint glass in one hand and a cleaver in another
3. What about an animal instead of a cleaver? this is a hard one, because what type of animal would you choose.

Another Idea: what about B&P where the cleaver is in the B and pint is in the P
