Great job! I love the clean look. Could you include a sample site name (either Rwanda or Bangalore) and "Certified by Regent University". I know it makes it cumbersome, but we're working within certain parameters. Thank you! Beautiful designs.
#30 is wonderful! One comment I got from our team was that the letters were out of order (the d is in the center) could you switch that back to be like #16.
The whole logo looks a little oval-esque. I think it has to do with the feel of the lines around the site name (just bangalore please). I like the way this one feels, as opposed to the stark lines of #16, but a little more edge would be good.
I love the two new designs! We still haven't nailed the text though. Could we use a simple san-serif font for everything but Certified... Preferably something that is a little thicker than #64.
We did a facebook poll for what people thought of the icons, and #88 blew the others out of the water. We'd like to move forward with you and particularly with this idea. Here are some things we'd like to see: - Certified by Regent University to be a serif font - The line moved to between Development Center and Certified by - The swish in the road part to be more symmetrical with the curve. For some reason, it just doesn't seem quite right and I think it's because they don't share the same angle - A few different fonts. We love the icon, but the text still isn't quite what we are looking for. You were closest with #14 - Could you try a few different color combinations? The ones you used are fine, but just wanted to see if there was a better color combination to go with.
#102 is much closer to what we were looking for text-wise, but still it feels like it's lacking something. Maybe just a little denser? Could we see what it would look like if the text were a medium gray instead of black? Also, two lines in the road instead of three? And can we see the line that fades on the ends like in #14?
Much better! I love it!!! Can we see the exact same thing with the Certified by Regent University in a Serif font? Also, we somehow lost the space in between Development and Center
Thank you so much for your continued response. Some of the new color combinations are wonderful!
For the one with the thinner lines, could we see them just a little closer together?
Just in case you weren't sure, we have decided to go with your logo, but we'd like to flesh out all the options before we end the contest. Allow me to explain our situation in a bit more detail and you can let me know what you think the best option is going forward.
We are going to have business development center sites all over the country (one in Bangalore, one in Uganda, one in Rwanda, etc.) Each logo will have their choice of a couple pre-approved color combinations and then we will change the name in the logo for them. Can you give us the logo in such a way that we can change the name of the country (is it a font that we would have access to or be able to download?)
I will give a different country name in the logo. Please provide your email address, I will provide a logo with a different name country via email.thanks
We are expanding into 3 more next year and then many more the year afterwards. We need to be able to change the logo ourselves. I will approve the files now and expect an editable logo to be emailed to us. When do you think you'll be able to send it?
