What We Do

A new, 60+ unit luxury 4-story luxury apartment/condominium complex in downtown Downers Grove, Illinois, nearby a Metra train station. The train station theme is represented in the name "Burlington Station". This is in the top 3 busiest train stations in the Chicago area.

Our site is in dowtown Downers Grove, which is known as a hip, urban and vibrant area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, small retailers, and other amenities.
