This is the first abstract I've liked alot. The swirls replaced by a nautilus / golden spiral still sketched in the way you have the circles would be pretty slick. keeping the grid background.
#91 is looking nice. If the first 1/2 or so of the nautilus was scetched in and the last half the actual shell it would look like it was being planned and built. Adding ' ARCHITECTURE ' over the company name would help as well if the font was light similar to the grid width or in the ' ideas ' width but grey.
The new one is great. 185 is great by itself. Louis Kahn has an entire speach about if you asked a brick what it wants to be it would say an arch. I think that logo summed it up nicely.
#s 167,165 - While creating designs for your contest, I have wondered about how you intend to use the logo on your website because the major background there is dark. You may be thinking about stationary etc. I could create adaptations to upload (on dark background) if you intend to keep the top portion of the front page dark. Yes, I am glad you liked the beacon of light for "ideas." Somewhat busy. The simplicity of #165 may be better as a logo. We could accentuate the arc more - as an architectural theme, as well as a connection for the two words. Will add slogan anytime. Stu.
ty, lol, You have really nice work I love 137, 167, 172 The question I've been talking over with my peers is this. Although we all know how fundamental the golden circle is I don't know if anyone else will pick that up. 165 Hits a chord w/ me because I love Louis Kahn and his speach on bricks is amazing. 172 is nice and simple and gets the point across 204 is really nice because it is verry similar to what I have on my title block already.
If you want to make this decision impossible for me... Trhy 172 with something like the bricks or the city scape you have in perspective on the grid and let the grid fade a little.
