What about working in "B", "C", "I", into the three quadrants of the pyramid? If you do this, I suggest putting the B and C on the bottom portion with the I on top.

Thank you but it would be better if the use of BCI in the design was a bit more natural and less forced. I like the way it was done in #28.

Maybe there should be some symbols showing trade policy, research, int. marketing rather than BCI initials inside the triangle?

Please rotate the BCI so that the "B" and "C" appear on the top two angles and the "I" appears in the lower one. Thank you.
