Brothers of the Sacred HeartLogo Design Contest

Ex. #2 - This shows promise. However, though I like the heart design it might be a little too feminine. I know it's difficult to make a heart non-feminine :)
Ex. #1 - The square hands just didn't work for me.

#7 and #12 - the tie and buttons don't do much for me, but I like the emphasis on Brothers. Need a different font for the sacred heart.

There are so many good designs here. I am finding it difficult to rank by myself. I am sharing these with others in my community throughout the country and hope to update the rankings perhaps later today. Thanks to all

Thanks for all the new logos. You all do great work. This has been a really great process. Just some points.
1.) We are not married to a heart image, at least the valentine looking heart. And yes, we understand how hard that is.
2.) We would be open to seeing other colors, just for a different look. We want to be open
3.) We also aren't stuck on "Men of Heart" slogan and realize that can be changed, cut or added later.

I am asking for an extension for this tournament. I am finding this very difficult. I have requested a great deal of input which makes it even more difficult.
Thank you for all the entries. The main suggestion is to make the logos more masculine.
