Our Target Audience:
Our houses appeal to homeowners with contemporary taste. They have financial resources that fit the cost of the homes, which are fairly expensive. Demographically, our buyers are typically between the ages of about 30-50.
Color Preferences

The logo should have something artistic about it, instead of just using cool fonts. The font is very important, but I'd like something that looks like artistry along with the font.
well it definitily depends on your target group. Bright colors are usually showing "common" but mute colors show exclusive. You have to think of the target market to choose colors!

Is there a way to introduce another color in addition to the blue? I really like this logo, just wondering if adding another color (or black) would be a bit better. Maybe the simplicity of the single color is best.

You've given me some really nice designs, and thanks for showing the other colors on the other logo. You're really good with color, so I'm wondering what this one would look like in different colors. I really like the colors you've used, so maybe there's not a way to improve this, but if some combination comes to mind, I'd like to see it. Possibly something with a touch of red?

Very nice design, Filipe. Would it be possible to see a different contemporary font? I like this one, but maybe there's a better one. Also wondering if a horizontal line or two would be nice. Perhaps between Broadacre and Homes, or maybe lines on either side of Homes. (That may or may not look good!)

Pink, the font you custom made is really great, but in honesty, it's a little too playful for my company. Again, I like the artistry of your designs and being inspired by Miro and Gaudi, but I think I'll probably need a contemporary font or fonts. Hope this helps

Thanks to all who've submitted designs! I THINK I like the idea of having "Broadacre" in script, with "Homes" in a contemporary font. And again, I like the idea of some kind of artistry if possible, almost as if painted with an artist's brush. The art I'm referring to would be something other than the script. It could be something that vaguely suggests a house, or else something freeform that just looks interesting. Hope this helps, and thanks again for your submissions!
Also, since Broadacre is an unusual word, any script font that's used needs to be fully legible. I really like the font used on some of the submissions, but the "o" and the "a" together look a little confusing. So again, I like script fonts, although not necessary for a good design, but need the letters to be legible.
