#2 - High-end. Our buyers have money, but they're usually young.

Our Target Audience:
Our houses appeal to homeowners with contemporary taste. They have financial resources that fit the cost of the homes, which are fairly expensive. Demographically, our buyers are typically between the ages of about 30-50.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The logo should have something artistic about it, instead of just using cool fonts. The font is very important, but I'd like something that looks like artistry along with the font.
