#36 - While initially presented as a "rough" concept, I would be happy to show you some variations of this design that improve upon colors, fonts, etc. If you have any specific requests, please let me know by posting a comment here.
I apologize for not getting back to oyu sooner. It took awhile, but your logo did grow on me over time. Could you put "Brilliant" across the green circle with the exclamation point at the end. Your quick response would be greatly appreciated.
I've posted #198 and #199 as possible variations of the design. I still need to give your requested revision some thought, as the proportions of your company name inside the circle don't quite look right to me.
I think this concept works well for your company, since it exclamation point/lightning bolt ties in with both "Brilliant" and "Electric" without overemphasizing the electrical aspect of your business. Any comments you can share would help me tweak it to your complete satisfaction.
Thanx for the revisions. I had posted on the general board before I am going to be adding "heating & cooling" in about a year so we are trying to stay away from a lightning bolt. We like your #36 since it's bold & almost cartoon like. If you don't think Brilliant will look good in a green circle, then any other variations would be appreciated. The sooner the better.
What if you tried moving the exclamation point & green circle to the right of the text instead of on the top. Also, if you don't put Brilliant inside the green circle, but across it. Lastly, re: 198 & 199, could you try those options with the black bolt font used in 36.
OK, that gives me a better idea of what you're looking for.
By the way, if you feel a bit under the gun because of the judging deadline, please keep in mind that you will still be able to work with the contest winner (hopefully me) even after you finalize the rankings to make adjustments to the design. Payment to the winning designer won't be released until you approve the final files. If you have any questions on the process, please feel free to ask.
