I am liking this one. Clean and simple. We have some (not a lot, but some) female owners and salespeople, the central image should be androgenous.

Hi thanks for your feedback, here is my revision. I try to make the person androgynous, but I afraid it will look weird in your logo, instead of that, I put a female silhouette along with the male silhouette together in the logo, I hope this will fit your need. Please let me know what you think.
