Any image of a penguin comes with a bias and an understanding at what the form of a penguin should look like. What I did here was transform the penguin into an explanation point that is still seen as a penguin by the distinguishing features. The explanation point represents an "idea!" and as such confirms the identity of "bright penguin." The logo can stand alone without the text due to it's meaning, but works perfectly fine with the text also.
