Brew Lab Supply, Co.Logo Design Contest

I've attached a couple of pictures of our Lab taken at a local hop harvest, as well as a picture of a piece of equipment used in a brewery, just in case anyone is not familiar with breweries. I also removed a couple pics of other companies logos that we liked, because after a little thought, I don't want to handcuff your creativity. If you saw them, and are already working on something based on those, please continue and submit them! I want to see everything you guys have to offer. Thanks for your submission #1, but I'd like to stay away from beakers, flasks, etc. as I don't want to give the impression that I'm selling yeasts. I'm more of what you'd call a brewing "hardware" distributor. Stainless steel fittings and hoses that go on fermenters, bright tanks, etc. The Lab in our name definitely refers to the dog, but am also hoping that it will imply a sense of cleanliness, or rather, a sanitary environment like a brewery, rather than an actual labratory. In other words, I'd like to tie in the dog theme with something more beer or brewery specific. Thanks!

#2, I do like where you're going with this. You're on the right track, but I'd like to see the dog look a bit more like a Labrador Retriever, like my dog in the photos I put up, and maybe a little less cartoonish ( I hope I'm not offending ). Wouldn't mind seeing a version with a hop worked in somehow, maybe as a backdrop, or even for his dog tag. Maybe even standing in front of a fermenter ( also attached picture ). Love the font and style of the company name. Nice work!

#3 and #4, very nicely done! The only things I would suggest would be that the ears on the dog be made "floppy", more like a Labrador, and I would like to see "Brew Lab" on the same line, if possible. Also, would like to see what the Lab looks like in black on #4. Impressive work, though. I have to admit, I was getting nervous, but you guys have some real talent!

#7, got the ears right, but not too keen on the face. Also, still would like to see "Brew Lab" on the same line above "Supply, Co.". Thanks!

#5, #9 and #8, love the design, but would like to see an image of a fermenter or bright tank, rather than a beaker. Excellent work!

The designs coming in are really great. Thank you! I know we're coming down to the wire, but I had one more idea. Perhaps a fermenter or bright tank with a Labrador, silhouetted or not, in front sitting and looking up at it. Sort of a play on the RCA Victor dog.
