I like the graphic element of the BMG, but would like to see the initials smaller or script words larger.

Also, would this work in black & white or reversed out? (how would it look if printed on a white background like letterhead?)

#22 shows a change in the size ration between the initials and the script, #23 shows the black and white version and #24 is reversed out.
