Like the concept with the lung/butterfly graphic. Can you look at incorporating some graphic element of the vehicle and/or kid(s) being active? If you look at the picture we included which showed the actual vehicles that have been wrapped, you will see one kid with his arms raised over his head. They really like this photo - maybe a graphic that represents this?
