Hi Pink! Thanks for these entries #42 and #41 I like this approach of making the bliss super large... Im not liking what is on the i so much though... it is a bit too hectic. How about a small seed of life? or something else less edgey? http://www.asacredplacesalem.com/ scroll down and the blue and white thing is a seed of life? Im open to other ideas on this. I like the effect of how the BLISS seems to gradiant in color... can you make that even more so and perhaps make the font a bit friendlier? Thanks so much.
Thanks for trying for #50, Pink. I think the script to too elegant, but I like what you did with the seed of life on the i! Remember that this logo is also going to be used by men who teach this form of breathwork and I think this font is a bit too flowery.

I love #49 and #48 as concepts but am open to see your ideas! I need to show all of these to my team of men and women facilitators and get feedback from them as well... thank you so much. I really LOVE how you evolved the design so far. Im just trying to assess what will speak best to my audience.
Just out of curoisity, can you show me what it could look like to add some quality of light shining from the seed of life? Also curious if I may be able to see a version that has a ! after Bliss? Thanks so much!
Thanks for the great ranking and for all your help! I'll make all the modifications that you suggest asap and also I'll try to think and some more concepts to show you.
Thanks for the try on #58, Pink. Unfortunately emanating red energy suggests heat and anger which is not what we are trying to shine brightly at these events... maybe more of a gold light? or?
Hi again! You know, looking at #59 and #58, I am wondering if perhaps they would just be better without a glow? the blue and the red aren't grabbing me.
Yes I agree with that, It has a more clean look without the glow. In general a very soft glow gradient will cause you problems in printing your logo on business cards etc.
I'll show you the logo without the glow but with the !
Hi Pink! WOW, you are really going for it with #71. I like how you are thinking creatively... this seal would likely work for a man or a woman promoting the work. My only concern is that the dark blue feel a bit heavy. But let me sleep on it tonight and ask for feedback in the morning from some friends. Thanks so much!
Hi there! Couldn't get to sleep yet! I like the gold approach in #75... my only concern is if it shrinks small would it still be readable? Can you make the thickness of the font a bit more so the words stand out more? Thank you!
Hi Pink... I have been looking at #75 and trying to identify what is happening for me... I love the gold approach, but for some reason looking at it for extended periods of time it feels busier than the blue version. Im not sure whey. Even though I like the lighter color better than the blue, it feels a bit too chaotic to my eye. Welcome any ideas...
This is happening because of the colors contrast but because of this contrast logo has this glowing effect. Maybe if I make yellow more orange it will look softer.
In my new #79 draft I made letters thicker and if you want I can apply them and in my blue version.
Thanks for trying that with #79. For some reason the lines in the seed of life just look busier with the gold. I don't think thickening the font helps... probably also an effect of the more stimulating effect of yellow versus the calming effect of blue. Im going to think on it and get feedback.
I dont know what is happening! I just woke up and they ended the contest. I thought I had several days for new entries to be submitted. I am contacting the company with no response and am very upset. If you have any contact phone number I would much appreciate it. Thank you.
Hi PinK! The contest has started again and I hope you will participate. A rather large evolution in this time is that I have discovered that another company already uses the flower of life symbol, as well as the sri yantra sacred geometry. So, as I will be announcing to ALL contest participants, I am hoping if these types of symbols are used, we can see other types aside from these two specific shapes. Looking forward to your submissions! Thank yoU!
Hi Pink... I just wanted to let you know I am torn because your entry #49 is by far my favorite, but now I am in this difficult position of not wanting to confuse brands with another company who also uses this seed of life graphic. Im open to any other ideas that you can combine with your existing writing, which is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks and I do hope you share some neat ideas.
Welcome back! So sorry to hear about the flower of life is being used by another company. I'll try to think of a different design in the same round shape within the weekend, although my schedule is unfortunately pretty tight. Anyhow, I'll make my best until the open phase is open to create something special.
Hi pink... not sure about the new directions you are going in. #141 is too sharp and pointy feeling and #140 is a bit too all over the place~ not as elegant as what we do. Again, I think you nailed it with the font. It is just a solid symbol we need above it... check out what I have ranked higher on my list for a sense... simple, elegant and pop power is what I am hoping for. Many thanks!
ps... just to emphasize, the work we do creates states of deep openness, heart opening, vulnerability, connection, spiritual opening and LOVE... so I am hoping some element of that is conveyed through the image.
Hi Pink, I like #148 the best of what you came up with, with the hearts open. Is there any way to take it to the next level with some sort of color gradient in the symbol itself, or any other 3-d concept or something to bring more depth and dimension to it? Thanks!
ps. For example #149's symbol uses thinner lines and has a color gradiant. That is kind of what I mean. Also is it possible to have the word bliss be in a purple which works with my current website at www.breathbliss.com It doesn't have to be as bright, but something juicy. Thanks!
Pink, can you redo #71 and instead of the flower of life in the background just have the two overlapping vesica piscis circles? I keep coming back to this seal you made. It was so professional and elegant. I hope so! Thanks
Hi Pink! Thanks for taking the time to revise. Can I see #225 with the thinner writing too, as in #71? I actually find this much better than the previous version, actually, less busy! Looks great. Also can I see #256 in some slightly different colors of purple and blue which may be a bit juicer to match the vibe on the website at www.breathbliss.com?
Im also curious what these two marks would look like in just black and white or greyscale versions? Ive been told that it is important for marks to translate in this way. If it isn't too much trouble, would love to see...
To clarify my last point on colors~ bliss as concept is rarely depicted in reddish tones in my opinion.. better conveyed in purple or blues... so what I was hoping was that the word bliss and colors in logo could stay away from reddish tones and stick more to vivid purples and blues.
Hi again... the more I look at #253, the more interested I also become in it... just wanted to let you know that the top 3 of yours in my ranking all strongly have my attention and I am open to seeing the evolution. Thanks again!
In my new drafts #286, #287, #288, #299 I've replaced the purple/violet tones with 100% magenta color, the one that you use at your current website, in order to look more vivid and joyful. Also, I've tried to give to the main illustrations more clarity and tranquility by using soft bluish gradients, to make them pop out of the screen.
Hi pink! Thanks! The marks continue to improve! Any way you can change that magenta to make it more violet? There is something about what looks too close to red paired with baby blue that doesnt work so well for me... Thanks!
Hi Pink! Thanks for the variations... I am still sitting with them. When I pop them in definately the brighter one feels more joyful. So I see what you mean.
I wonder what it would be like to have a tiny heart in the center of the two overlapping circles? Im unsure if another designer did that... and originally I didn't want any hearts... but just curious if it was open terrain...
I feel really good with the two main directions you have created for me and I feel it is just refining and narrowing down. there is only one other contender, but I honestly really love the feeling from your work.
Question... I will need several variations of the final mark, including one that includes the phrase underneath of
"facilitator in training"
and one that says
"certified facilitator"
would I be able to hire you for those little additions as well, as well as any other branding work I may need?
Hi Christabel, Thanks so much for believe in my work, I really appreciate that :) I would LOVE to continue working with you after the contest is over and make the variations that you want.
Regarding the tiny heart inside the circles, I would like to check first if another designer made something similar.
Well, I haven't noticed any other logo proposal with this idea so I submitted #330, #331 logos. The heart is very distinctive but I'm not sure if you'll like it more than the original version...
