if you tell me from the start to move away from the outline of North Carolina I can move my work to other designs, can be changed to other elements the whole of my design starting from zero.

Kedai, I liked your design (and my wife really liked it), but we have decided to move away from the North Carolina outline. As much as we love our state, we serve kids from multiple states so I think we should not use this element. I suggested it as a possibility in the contest, but the more I see it, I realize it's not what we need. Thanks! - Jay
