Kumar, Thanks for your additional submissions and other info you sent me. Clearly, I like #9 the best. I do worry about results being in really (color of caution). Similar to my comments on other logo submissions with results in red, organizations typically don't like results associated with "being in the red." I feel, given that yellow is associated with caution (in the US), I'd prefer a different color for results. I do like the fact that green/blue combined make yellow and the parallel message is that people/strategies combined make results. Clearly, I'm conflicted about this and may be overthinking it a bit. I'll know more about this when I get some feedback from others. Thanks again for all your efforts. Joan
