we are a Real Estate company that helps homeowners get out of a jam. we provide a service that we will purchase an individual's (or families) home and will lease the home back to them. StayPut is a residential sale leaseback company and we emphasise the fact that the individual (or family) can stay put!!! they do not have to vacate or sell their homes to pay off their mortgages and get out of a financial jam. we will take care of all of that for them. we strive to help people that may have fallen on hard times or need equity and lower their debt and payments.
