Our Target Audience:
The target audience is 2-fold, both consisting of all smart phone users ages 20-70.
The "brain" portion of the target audience may have a skillset or knowledge base that could help others in need of assistance through our platform.
The "user" portion of the audience is a "do it yourself"-er who desires to pick up their phone and connect with someone in real-time who can assist them with their problem. The assistance could be any skill or knowledge, ranging from golf instruction to cooking advice.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:
"Helping People Help People" is our slogan. We want people who are honest and trustworthy both using the app to get help and to help others. There will be fees for the transaction, but the money is secondary. The overall feel should convey community, trust, helpful...people getting help, assistance, guidance, from others who have that knowledge and want to help. Think Uber meets on-line, real-time video conferencing for assistance with a life challenge.
