This font treatment is pretty cool. Maybe needs a better icon to go with it than what I see on all these treatments. Something that could even stand alone without the words Brain Farm.

ok, these box shape more mach for the 'B' i think,and give the character more coherent.
I think the black colour above turning white this have the character of neutral and easy to application in so many media, this concept in fact modestly , that is in the form of initial sign ' B' for the brain of, and I think yours choice precisely because I assume from all my design device, in this design most different and unique , I also feel the same thing , I think this form of very simple and have clean appearance to, and have the professional impression ( possible)
honestly I hope thise woul be assist to realize what you wish , and I will try best works for you,during judging mode, so,, let me know if somethinkchange, im just waiting for ur next feedback?!

This one is interesting. It almost feels like a camera lens but is abstract.
Few things. We like your font type definitely.

We have not really seen an icon that works yet though. Need something that could stand alone like the Nike swoosh does.

Also, I would like to see a Stacked vertical option of this as well.
