We like these concepts very much. We like the star in entry #19 and it might be nice to see that star in #18 and #20. Feel free to try colors that are a bit more playful. While our organization is comprised of highly accredited professionals, we have a culture that's very vibrant.

Hi Grafikus,

Our team did a review of the logos again today and we feel like the star/person logos really says something about our company's culture and personality. Our only concern is how the logo will render in black and white and in very small sizes. We wonder your thoughts on this.

Would it be possible to see a few quick versions of #125 and #124 without the stars and with a font a bit more denominational? One other thought we had as replacing the star with an outline of the star/compass that's in our current logo.

Here are some options --- I've included a few changes also to the current no.1 ranked entry as well as several versions for the other entries you requested. I created a negative space around the figure so that it will still standout even in a black & white application, and also changing the star (outline) to that of your original logo as requested.
