not a bad concept; maybe work with the font a bit.

also, is the "x" a person? if so, maybe you could make that slightly more obvious?

you're taking too far; now the people are way too obvious and too big relative to the logo. maybe this is the wrong direction.

I shrunk the people, so more focus goes to the NAME, fiddled with FONTS but I like BOLD if you are the BOSS...bold is powerful
