Here is the logo idea I came up with, #15, after reviewing your info. I wanted to be both fun/welcoming, and professional to attract all demographics. I will see what else I can come up with, but feel free to comment on this in the meantime.

Couple more options for ya:

#17, #19 - Added a banner to make it feel more like a main logo, as well as to look great as signage.
#21 - A lot more modern icon, versus the classic fun-feeling of the others.

It's all really about personal preference, so I look forward to hearing which ones you prefer.
