What We Do
We are a tandem skydive operation, specializing in customers first jump where they are attached to an instructor. The market attracts anyone over 18 to the elderly. Most come to scratch an item off their lifetime to-do list. As imaginable, it is an exciting activity, one that pushes people out of their comfort zone. For some it is life changing, proving to the customer that they can do things they didn't think possible. It is this that we hope to focus on. Too often skydiving is painted in a radical, risky manner, only suitable for young people with a death wish. This is the opposite of our brand. We want our brand to stand for an epic experience that stands out as something real in a digital world full of screens and posed models advertising lifestyles that are not actually possible. Boston Skydive Co. is here for the people to step out of that fake world and to do something which ignites their senses, and focuses their attention not on the future or past, but this very moment! Descriptors of our brand would be: Safety, Conscious, Exciting, Visceral, Present, Epic, Heart-pounding, Adrenaline filled, Bonding, Community.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Google "present moment symbol". It is a dot surround by semi circles like ripples on a pond with drops of water above and below the dot, and I think something like this with a skydiving flare would capture what we are trying to say. Whatever the logo is, it must be simple enough to be usable in black and white
