Real estate. Property management of residential buildings.

Please see attached image. Our logo is usually used as black lettering on a white background, with a dash of red or gray in one corner. On the website and potentially on a business card, the background is black (really dark gray) and the logo appears in white lettering.
We need four versions: black on white and white on black, and each with either red or gray in the corner.

Also the new website has a bit of gold in it, so gold is also available for accents.

You can see our current website at www.bosselimited.com . But this is the old design. We are in the process of changing.

Please see attached image. We are basically happy with the current logo, but want to see it with some refinements and applications:
- How can the current logo be improved?
- What does it look like as an emblem?
- How can we add the word "Management" and still look harmonious? Currently the logo says only "BOSSE."

Apologies for asking too many questions, but we'll narrow the focus of the tournament as ideas come in. Thank you.
