What We Do

Bonavista is a residential community in Winnipeg, MB intended for a variety of demographics looking for starter homes, move-up homes, estate homes and 55+ homes. Bonavista is a walkable community with naturalized ponds, parks and bike/walking paths.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

Walden, Evansview and Panorama Hills are residential communities in Genstar's Calgary region. There logos can be found at http://www.genstar.com/cities/calgary . The simplicity of the logo with the community name beneath a stylized image is one possible direction for Bonavista. Another possible direction is simply the name Bonavista as the logo...timeless/elegant font or something a little more creative in terms font.
